It features a flat surface layer with round pits on one side and pointed bumps on the other, while the middle layer is comprised of round honeycomb bubbles. It is available in thicknesses of 2mm,3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 7mm, 8mm, and 12mm and has a maximum width of 2000mm, with a grammage ranging from 500gsm to 4000gsm.

The difference between pp bubble guard board and pp honeycomb board is the surface and middle structure. PP Honeycomb Panels surface is flat smooth or textured and middle layer is continuously connected conical honeycomb.
