3mm 4mm 5mm 6mm Hollow Plastic Edge Sealing Machine
The Fluted Edge sealing machine is a specialized industrial equipment used to seal the edges of polypropylene (PP) hollow boards. These boards are typically 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, or 6mm thick and have a fluted or corrugated structure.
Using a hot melt method, the machine effectively seals the edges of the plastic boards, creating a robust and long-lasting bond. This seal prevents moisture and other contaminants from infiltrating the board, ensuring its integrity and durability.

The edge sealing machine for PP corrugated sheets is used to hot melt weld the edge of the PP hollow sheet or coroplast. It consists of a conveying system, hot melt device and temperature control system. The machine is designed to process the plastic PP fluted sheet (corflute sheet) and plastic layer pads.

The machine has a fast operating speed of 1.5-3 meters per minute, based on 3mm material thickness with 1000gsm.
